IT Senior Field Engineer is responsible for the support and management all end user incoming requests and incidents this includes hardware and software troubleshooting and request fulfilment. The incumbent is expected to have an exceptional customer service and communication skills attention to details and organizational expertise.
Advanced troubleshooting skills for end-user hardware software and netServices connectivity including both Windows and Mac devices.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft environments Active Directory and endpoint management tools
Ability to handle high-priority escalations independently with precision and composure.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide advanced technical support for escalated field issues related to desktops laptops and peripherals.
Perform complex diagnostics and root cause analysis to resolve persistent or high-impact incidents.
Ensure consistent configuration and security compliance of end user systems.
Coordinate with IT infrastructure teams for major hardware rollouts and deployments.
Maintain accurate records of incidents resolutions and asset updates.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering Computer Science or a related discipline.
Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) or equivalent certification preferred.
Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in IT field support hardware and software troubleshooting.
Experience in complex technical environments supporting multiple end-user devices and platforms
