Execute the direct sales plan under the guidance of the Sales Regional Manager to achieve
monthly and annual sales targets.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing industrial customers and actively seek
new accounts within assigned territories.
Conduct regular field visits to industrial sites and customer facilities to promote the companys
lubricants and petroleum products.
Understand customer needs provide product recommendations and ensure timely delivery in
coordination with Supply Chain and Customer Service teams.
Follow up on orders deliveries and payments to ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to
company policies.
Monitor market conditions competitor activities and customer feedback to support continuous
improvement.
Prepare regular sales activity reports and customer visit summaries for management review.
Participate in marketing activities exhibitions and product demonstrations when required.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Engineering or a related field.
35 years of experience in B2B industrial sales preferably in lubricants petroleum or related
sectors.
Strong communication negotiation and customer relationship management skills.
Self-motivated target-driven and able to work independently in the field.
Good understanding of industrial operations and lubricant applications is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel PowerPoint and basic reporting tools.
Willingness to travel frequently across Egypt
