Sealy Mattress Middle East is a renowned leader in the premium bedding industry dedicated to providing superior sleep solutions across the MENA region. As a family-owned business associated with Sealy Inc. since 1990 we have built a reputation for excellence and innovation in quality mattresses. Our state-of-the-art production facility in Jeddah Saudi Arabia enables us to manufacture and deliver premium brands such as Sealy Crown Jewels and Stearns & Foster. We are currently looking for motivated Outdoor Salesmen who will be responsible for driving sales in the field and establishing strong relationships with clients. This role requires passionate individuals who are eager to promote our high-quality bedding products and contribute to our growing success.
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential clients through prospecting and networking activities.
- Present Sealy products to customers in various settings including homes boutiques and commercial spaces.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business.
- Achieve established sales targets and performance metrics while providing exceptional customer service.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive landscape.
- Participate in promotional events and product demonstrations to increase brand visibility.
- Provide feedback to management regarding customer preferences and market conditions.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of outdoor sales experience particularly in consumer goods or home furnishings.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business development.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills to effectively showcase products.
- Strong negotiation abilities with a customer-focused mindset.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Bachelors degree in business marketing or a related field is a plus.
