On behalf of Our Clint we are looking for a Business Development Officer
Job Summary :
Execute end-to-end recruitment process to attract and hire top talent across all functions and strategic business units
- Track government programs tenders and relevant regulatory changes.
- Manage a database of business leads and partnership opportunities using CRM systems.
- Assist in preparing concept notes business cases and oversee bid processes.
- Engage effectively with public and private sector stakeholders and participate in industry events.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and ensure compliance with governance and regulatory policies.
- Lead contract reviews and assess commercial and legal risks.
- Prepare periodic business development reports and coordinate with internal teams.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Economics Education Management or related field
- Masters degree or professional certification (e.g. business development strategy sales) is a plus
- 2 4 years of experience in business development commercial analysis or strategic partnerships in Saudi Arabia or GCC
- Experience in education government partnerships or professional services preferred
- Knowledge of public procurement processes (Etimad NCP MoE bids) is advantageous
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite CRM platforms and proposal tools
