Plan launch and optimize paid digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads Meta Ads TikTok Ads).
Manage and grow MASAJ s social media channels (Instagram Facebook LinkedIn TikTok).
Develop content strategies together with the Content and Design team.
Analyze campaign performance and deliver actionable insights (Google Analytics Meta Business Suite).
Drive SEO/SEM initiatives in collaboration with our marketing team.
Manage email marketing campaigns and automations (newsletters promotions).
Collaborate with the wider team to identify new digital opportunities and improve marketing effectiveness.
Track and report on KPIs to support business growth and marketing efficiency.
Stay current on digital marketing trends and contribute ideas to the team.

Requirements

3 5 years of proven experience in digital marketing roles.
Experience running performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads Meta Ads TikTok Ads).
Strong skills in social media marketing and content strategy.
Solid knowledge of SEO SEM and email marketing platforms (Mailchimp or similar).
Proficient in Google Analytics Meta Business Suite and campaign reporting.
Excellent written English; Arabic is a plus.
A strong team player ability to collaborate with remote colleagues across functions.
Creative mindset with attention to detail.
Self-starter comfortable working in a remote team environment.
