ملخص الوظيفة
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop BIM models for wet utilities including water sewer and irrigation using Civil 3D Inventor and PartBuilder.
- Develop BIM models for dry utilities such as telecom and electrical using Civil 3D Inventor and PartBuilder.
- Model MEP elements and integrate them seamlessly with the infrastructure model using Revit.
- Prepare update and maintain shop drawings and export IFC/XML files as required.
- Ensure all models and deliverables comply with company BIM standards and project-specific BIM requirements.
Key Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a BIM modeler in infrastructure utilities and MEP projects.
- Bachelors degree in civil engineering.
- Previous experience working on Middle East infrastructure or utility projects.
- Proficiency in Civil 3D Inventor PartBuilder and Revit
- Strong understanding of BIM workflows modeling standards and multidisciplinary coordination.
- Ability to produce accurate detailed models and drawings within project timelines.
