We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical BIM Engineer to support the design coordination and delivery of mechanical systems using BIM methodologies. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in HVAC plumbing and firefighting systems and will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure accurate and clash-free models in line with project and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop manage and coordinate Mechanical BIM models (HVAC Plumbing Firefighting) using Revit MEP.
Prepare and review LOD 300500 models as per project requirements.
- Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks and resolve issues with other disciplines.

Generate shop drawings as-built drawings and BOQs from BIM models.
- Ensure compliance with project BIM Execution Plan (BEP) standards and client requirements.
- Coordinate with architects structural electrical and site teams to ensure constructability.
- Support site teams with BIM-based solutions and respond to RFIs related to mechanical systems.
- Maintain model accuracy throughout design development and construction phases.

Participate in coordination meetings and technical workshops with stakeholders.
Key Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as a Mechanical BIM Engineer
Proven experience in preparing and submitting as-built documentation to client
- Proficiency in Revit and Navisworks
Strong understanding of mechanical systems and BIM coordination workflows
- Solid understanding of HVAC systems plumbing firefighting and relevant codes.
- Experience with stadium infrastructure high-rise or mega projects is preferred.

Familiarity with ASHRAE NFPA IPC SMACNA and local authority standards.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Excellent coordination and communication skills.
Experience working in Saudi Arabia / GCC projects.

Knowledge of BIM 360 / ACC platforms.

Ability to lead junior BIM modelers and review deliverables.

Exposure to construction-phase BIM and site coordination.
