Role Description:
The UI/UX researcher conducts studies and analyses to gain insights into user behaviours and attitudes. They inform design strategies by uncovering user needs and validating design concepts ensuring the product is aligned with user expectations and business goals

The UI/UX researcher conducts studies and analyses to gain insights into user behaviours and attitudes. They inform design strategies by uncovering user needs and validating design concepts ensuring the product is aligned with user expectations and business goals
Experience and Qualifications:
- Bachelors or masters degree in technology or behavioural sciences.
- Experience conducting user research in a technology context.
- Proven track record of managing and executing research studies from start to finish.
- Strong analytical and observational skills to interpret user data.
- Proficient in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
- Ability to synthesise research findings into actionable insights.
- Expertise in usability testing surveys interviews and other user research methods.
- Familiarity with research and data analysis software tools.
- Excellent communication skills for sharing insights across teams.
- Problem-solving skills to identify and recommend user-driven solutions.
- Curiosity about user behavior and a passion for user-centred design.
- Collaborative approach to integrating research throughout the design process.
- Plan and conduct user research at various stages of the design process.
- Analyse user feedback and behaviour to guide design decisions.
- Communicate research findings to stakeholders and provide recommendationsfor designimprovements.
