This role is perfect for an experienced Account Executive who thrives in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment and is excited to bring innovative AI technology to new clients. Youll play a pivotal role in scaling our business fostering strong relationships and driving growth through a consultative value-driven sales approach. Youll help define and execute the go-to-market strategy for this transformative technology.
In your day-to-day you will:
- Lead the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting to closing new business
- Craft meaningful conversations translating Base44s product vision to resonate with both technical and business stakeholders
- Drive early revenue by identifying engaging and converting high-potential clients
- Develop foundational sales strategies to support future growth including crafting messaging outreach approaches and customer segmentation
- Collaborate with product marketing and leadership teams to align go-to-market strategies
- Maintain accurate deal forecasts manage pipelines and ensure CRM best practices
- Act as a key feedback bridge between clients and the product team influencing product roadmap and positioning
Qualifications :
- 8 years of B2B sales experience in a technology company ideally in a startup environment
- Background in AI ML data platforms or product-led SaaS companies
- Proven experience selling to VP and C-level executives
- Demonstrated track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and closing complex deals
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences
- Self-driven results-oriented and comfortable navigating ambiguity in a dynamic high-growth setting
