Logistics Operations Specialist – Riyadh / Jeddah

Salary: SAR 7000 – 8000

We are hiring a Logistics Operations Specialist to support and manage day-to-day ground operations for our vending business across KSA. The ideal candidate comes with strong hands-on logistics experience excellent coordination skills and the ability to operate in a fast-paced retail/FMCG environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily logistics activities including stock movement routing driver schedules and replenishment.
Maintain optimal inventory levels and ensure timely refill of vending machines across assigned locations.
Coordinate closely with suppliers warehouse teams technicians and field staff.
Track operational KPIs: delivery accuracy machine downtime product rotation and stock variance.
Prepare daily/weekly operational reports and assist with process improvements.
Ensure compliance with SOPs product quality checks and safety standards.

Must-Have Requirements

Experience in logistics FMCG distribution retail operations vending operations or last-mile delivery.
Strong knowledge of inventory control replenishment cycles and route planning.
Practical on-ground operational management experience.
Proficiency in Excel / ERP / basic reporting tools.
A valid Saudi driving license is a plus.

Good-to-Have Skills

Experience with automated retail or vending machine operations.
Familiarity with data analysis forecasting and stock rotation planning.
ERP system experience (Odoo SAP or similar).
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Required Skills:
