ملخص الوظيفة
The CSR Director will be responsible for establishing the Corporate Social Responsibility department within the companys new social foundation. This includes designing the CSR strategy building the department structure leading program development and driving high impact social initiatives aligned with the groups values and national priorities. The role will be instrumental in positioning the foundation as a leading force for sustainable community development.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Social Sciences Public Policy or a related field.
- Masters degree or specialized certifications in CSR ESG or Sustainability (e.g. ISO 26000 GRI SDG-related training) are preferred.
- 7 years in CSR social development or sustainability preferably within a corporate foundation or NGO environment.
- Proven track record of establishing CSR departments or programs from inception.
- Deep understanding of Egypts development landscape regulatory requirements and community needs.
