We are seeking a visionary and analytical Director of Finance to join our team in Alexandria Egypt. As a key member of our senior leadership you will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations driving strategic financial planning and ensuring the long-term financial health of our organization.

Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the companys overall business objectives
Lead and manage the finance department overseeing all accounting budgeting financial planning and analysis functions
Direct the preparation of all financial reports including income statements balance sheets reports to shareholders and tax returns
Oversee the companys budget process providing insightful analysis and recommendations to senior management
Manage relationships with external auditors banks and financial institutions
Implement and maintain robust financial controls and risk management processes
Drive financial innovation and process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
Provide strategic financial input and leadership on decision-making issues affecting the organization
Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and reporting standards
Collaborate with other department heads to develop financial plans and forecasts
Present financial reports to the board of directors highlighting insights and recommended actions

Qualifications :

Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field required; CPA CMA or MBA preferred
Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
Strong understanding of financial principles including full-cycle accounting budgeting forecasting and financial analysis
Excellent knowledge of U.S. GAAP IFRS and internal control best practices
Proficiency in advanced financial modeling and analysis techniques
Experience with ERP systems and financial software; knowledge of data visualization tools is a plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
Exceptional leadership abilities with experience managing and developing high-performing teams
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information to diverse audiences
Proven track record of driving financial strategy and contributing to organizational growth
Experience in international finance and familiarity with Egyptian financial regulations is highly desirable
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
Demonstrated integrity and ethical standards in handling sensitive financial information
Fluency in English required; proficiency in Arabic is a plus
