Job Title: PLC Programmer

Location: Saudi

Experience Required: 5 Years

Salary: 1.5-1.8 lakhs

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented PLC Programmer to design develop and troubleshoot programmable logic controller systems used in industrial automation and control systems. The ideal candidate will have experience with major PLC platforms and a deep understanding of control systems ladder logic and HMI/SCADA integration.

Key Responsibilities:

Design program test and troubleshoot PLC systems (Siemens Allen Bradley Mitsubishi etc.)
Develop and maintain ladder logic and structured text programs for machinery and control systems.
Integrate PLC systems with HMI/SCADA and field devices such as sensors actuators and VFDs.
Conduct on-site commissioning installation and support of control systems.
Work closely with electrical and mechanical engineering teams to design control solutions.
Perform root cause analysis and resolve issues in existing automation systems.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation manuals and system schematics.
Ensure PLC programming complies with industry standards and client specifications.
Participate in system upgrades retrofits and continuous improvement initiatives.
Provide training and support to operations and maintenance personnel.

Essential Qualifications:

Diploma / BE / in Electrical Electronics Instrumentation Mechatronics or related field.

Skills Required:

Proficiency in programming PLCs (e.g. Siemens S7 Allen Bradley Mitsubishi Omron).
Strong understanding of ladder logic structured text and function block diagrams.
Familiarity with HMI/SCADA platforms (e.g. WinCC FactoryTalk iFIX Wonderware).
Knowledge of industrial communication protocols (Modbus Profibus Ethernet/IP etc.).
Hands-on experience in commissioning and troubleshooting control systems.
Ability to read and interpret electrical and control schematics.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and team collaboration abilities.
