Roles & Responsibilities

Develop customize and maintain Zoho applications such as Zoho CRM Zoho Creator Zoho Books and other Zoho tools based on business requirements.
Write optimize and maintain Deluge scripts to create custom workflows functions and validations across Zoho platforms.

Design and implement automated workflows to improve operational efficiency and productivity.

Integrate Zoho applications with third-party systems using REST APIs and connectors to ensure seamless and accurate data flow.

Provide technical support and user training to ensure effective utilization of Zoho applications.

Maintain data integrity perform data migrations and ensure accurate reporting within Zoho systems.

Test workflows and applications identify system issues troubleshoot errors and resolve performance bottlenecks.

Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear technical solutions.

المتطلبات

Qualifications:

Education

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.

Experience

Proven experience as a Zoho Developer Application Programmer or in a similar role.
Hands-on experience working within the Zoho ecosystem.

Technical Skills

Strong knowledge of:
- Zoho CRM
- Zoho Creator
- Zoho Books
- Zoho Analytics
- Zoho FSM
Advanced proficiency in Deluge scripting for workflows custom functions and validations.
Experience integrating Zoho applications with third-party systems using REST APIs.
Familiarity with programming languages such as JavaScript Python or PHP (preferred).
Solid understanding of relational databases and query building.
Strong analytical debugging and troubleshooting skills.
