We are seeking an IT professional to join our team. The successful candidate will have a key role in managing and maintaining our organizations technology infrastructure. The ideal candidate for this role is highly proficient in network management confidently troubleshoots technical issues and implements security measures with detailed consideration.
Job PurposeThe purpose of this IT position is to ensure the efficient operation and maintenance of our organizations technology infrastructure. This includes managing hardware and software systems troubleshooting technical issues and implementing security measures to protect our critical data.
Job Duties and Responsibilities- Ensure efficient operation and maintenance of technology infrastructure.
- Manage hardware and software systems.
- Troubleshoot technical issues.
- Implement security measures to protect sensitive data.
- Demonstrate proficiency in network management and cybersecurity practices.
- Collaborate effectively with other departments to provide technical support.
Qualifications :
- Proven ability to operate and maintain technology infrastructure efficiently
- Experience in managing hardware and software systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
- Experience in implementing security measures
- Proficiency in network management
- In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity practices
- Familiarity with various operating systems and software applications
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
