ملخص الوظيفة
Manage day-to-day laboratory activities workflow and turnaround times.
Oversee testing of crude oil refined products gas lubricants and petrochemicals.
Ensure compliance with ASTM ISO IP API and maintain ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation.
Review and validate test results and resolve technical issues.
Manage and maintain laboratory instruments (GC HPLC XRF FTIR KF etc.).
Approve procurement commissioning and installation of new equipment and technologies.
Maintain instrument logs and ensure full traceability of measurements
Lead train and supervise lab staff; manage schedules and performance.
Ensure HSE compliance and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Handle client communication reporting and technical support.
Manage laboratory budget resources and equipment planning.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors or masters degree in chemistry Chemical Engineering Petroleum Engineering or a related scientific discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of Experience within a petroleum chemical or accredited testing laboratory.
Strong knowledge of petroleum testing standards and QMS (ISO 17025).
Proven leadership problem-solving and communication skills.
Experience with LIMS and laboratory instrumentation.
