ملخص الوظيفة
DNV Inspection is seeking an experienced Finance Excutive to work our operation in Saudi Arabia.
This position will improve working capital management by ensuring timely invoicing collection of outstanding invoicesprevention of bad debt provision and maintaining/adding efficiency to the payroll process.
The Finance Executive responsibilities includes the following:
Managing the external and intercompany billing activities.
Reviewing all invoices credit memos to ensure accuracy and processing in a timely manner.
Leading cash flow improvement by effective AR & WiP monitoring / management.
Timekeeping of Chargeable time of Inspectors.
Payroll & Expenses processing of Inspectors at month-end
Assist with Project profitability / trend analysis reports.
Assist with month end closing.
Assist with other ad-hoc reporting and analysis.

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and preferably Arabic.
Technical / Professional Expertise and Qualifications
Required
Advanced Excel skills .
Proven achievement and strong experience working within a finance function.
ERP experience: Oracle and Sales Force .
Prior experience of 3 - 5 years in similar roles
