We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Information Technology Officer to join our dynamic team in Doha Qatar. As an IT Officer you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our organizations IT infrastructure ensuring smooth operations and implementing innovative solutions to drive business success.

Oversee and maintain the organizations IT infrastructure including networks servers and data centers
Implement and manage cybersecurity measures to protect sensitive data and systems
Develop and execute IT strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives
Manage cloud computing initiatives and optimize cloud-based services
Administer and maintain database systems ensuring data integrity and accessibility
Provide technical support and troubleshoot complex IT issues
Lead IT projects from conception to implementation ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence
Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends recommending and implementing improvements as needed
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address IT needs and challenges
Develop and maintain IT policies procedures and documentation
Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for IT services and equipment

Qualifications :

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field
3-5 years of experience in IT management or a similar role
Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure management including networks servers and data centers
Expertise in cybersecurity practices and tools
Proficiency in cloud computing platforms and services
Solid understanding of database management systems
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong project management abilities with a track record of successful IT implementations
In-depth knowledge of IT governance frameworks and best practices
Relevant IT certifications (e.g. CISSP CCNA CompTIA) are preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced dynamic environment
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Proactive approach to identifying and implementing innovative IT solutions
