Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assist Sr. HSE Engineer in developing HSE procedures manual and documentation.

• Assist Sr. HSE Engineer to prepare the HSE training plan training material and presentation.

• To prepare HSE pre-qualification safety evaluation documentation for client companies

• Coordinate with the HSE Adviser on project site to maintain HSE documentation data.

• Provides all new hires and sub-contractors with safety orientation.

• Ensures that planning and scheduling of work in an area includes safety reviews.

• Ensures that all work in a specific area is performed in a safe manner.

• Ensures that accident investigations are held in a timely manner.

• Collect the reports on safety activities and maintains accurate records.

• Provides safety leadership and direction to the contractor’s personnel.

• Conducts regular safety inspection of all areas.

• Attends scheduling meetings and provides safety advice related to job scheduling and execution.

• Communicate frequently and provides safety expertise to

Education and Experience:

Bachelors degree in any Engineering discipline i.e. (HSE Mechanical Electrical Chemical Civil) • Nebosh IGC & IOSH (Preferably Nebosh IDIP)

• Proven 05 years of international experience in Petrochemical / Oil & Gas Sector preferably gulf experience.
