Responsible for supervising day-to-day operations of government buildings ensuring maintenance safety and service delivery standards are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee building maintenance schedules and emergency repairs.
Supervise on-site staff and contractors.
Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
Support audits and inspections related to building operations.
Maintain documentation and reporting for building performance.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Facilities Management Engineering Building Services or a related discipline.
Minimum 18 years of experience in facilities management including at least 3 years of experience in a governmental role within the State of Qatar.
Strong knowledge of building systems safety protocols and maintenance procedures.
Bilingual proficiency (Arabic and English) is a must.
