- Oversee building maintenance schedules and emergency repairs.
- Supervise on-site staff and contractors.
- Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
- Support audits and inspections related to building operations.
- Maintain documentation and reporting for building performance.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Facilities Management Engineering Building Services or a related discipline.
- Minimum 18 years of experience in facilities management including at least 3 years of experience in a governmental role within the State of Qatar.
- Strong knowledge of building systems safety protocols and maintenance procedures.
- Bilingual proficiency (Arabic and English) is a must.
