Job Title: Maintenance Technician Entrance Gates and Automatic Systems
Position Overview
We are seeking skilled and experienced Maintenance Technicians specializing in automatic entrance gates sliding doors shutters and barrier systems. The selected candidates will be responsible for the installation troubleshooting and preventive maintenance of various automated access control systems across residential commercial and industrial facilities in Riyadh.
Key Responsibilities
Install inspect and maintain automatic gates sliding doors boom barriers roller shutters and access control systems.
Diagnose and repair electrical mechanical and control system faults in automation units.
Conduct preventive maintenance and calibration of motors sensors control panels and safety devices.
Troubleshoot system malfunctions and replace defective parts as required.
Ensure all installations comply with manufacturer specifications and safety standards.
Coordinate with clients to schedule service visits and ensure minimal downtime.
Maintain accurate service logs reports and spare parts usage records.
Support commissioning and testing of new systems during handover.
Perform periodic inspections and provide recommendations for performance improvement.
Follow workplace safety practices and ensure compliance with company and client policies.
Essential Qualifications
Diploma or equivalent in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering.
Minimum 24 years of experience in maintaining automatic gate and access systems.
Hands-on experience with control wiring PLC-based systems and automation sensors.
Knowledge of hydraulic pneumatic and motorized mechanisms used in gate systems.
Basic understanding of safety and electrical protection standards.
Skills Required
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals wiring diagrams and circuit layouts.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Physically fit and able to work on-site in different environmental conditions.
Team player with problem-solving and time-management abilities.
