BAAN Holding بان القابضة is seeking a highly organised and experienced HR Operations Manager to join our team in Riyadh Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position. The HR Operations Manager will play a vital role in overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department. This includes managing HR systems policies and procedures ensuring compliance with labour laws and providing support to employees and managers.
Responsibilities
* Manage and maintain HR systems ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
* Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the companys strategic goals.
* Ensure compliance with local labour laws and regulations.
* Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process working closely with hiring managers.
* Manage employee relations including addressing grievances and resolving conflicts.
* Administer employee benefits programmes.
* Develop and deliver HR training programmes.
* Manage HR data and analytics providing insights to support decision-making.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and systems.
* Manage and mentor the HR Operations team.
Qualifications
* Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
* Proven experience in a similar HR Operations Management role ideally within a multinational organisation.
* Strong understanding of Saudi Arabian labour law.
* Excellent knowledge of HR systems and processes.
* Strong analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in both English and Arabic preferred.
