Assistant Operations Supervisor (rides and games supervisor)
Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and dependable Assistant Operations Supervisor to support the daily management of ride operations at our theme park. Reporting to the Operations Supervisor this role involves supervising front-line team members ensuring guest and team safety and maintaining high standards of efficiency and customer service. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with 1–2 years of leadership or ride operations experience looking to advance in park management.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Ride Operations Supervisor in leading and overseeing ride attendants and operators across assigned attractions.
.
Help manage daily staffing schedules rotations and break assignments to ensure full coverage.
.
Monitor ride performance and guest flow to maximize throughput and reduce wait times.
.
Support training and onboarding of new ride staff including safety protocols and customer service standards.
.
Conduct spot checks to ensure compliance with safety regulations ride procedures and cleanliness standards.
.
Act as the first responder to minor guest issues operational disruptions or ride downtimes.
.
Communicate effectively with other departments (e.g. Maintenance Safety Security Guest Services).
.
Complete and maintain logs for ride inspections incidents and team performance as needed.
.
Serve as the supervisor on duty in the absence of the Operations Supervisor.
Requirements:
.
1–2 years of experience in ride operations theme park guest services or supervisory roles.
.
Strong knowledge of ride safety protocols and park operating procedures.
.
Excellent communication problem-solving and team leadership skills.
.
Ability to handle guest concerns professionally and maintain calm in high-pressure situations.
.
Comfortable enforcing policies and correcting team performance when necessary.
.
Must be available to work flexible hours including weekends evenings and holidays.
.
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education a plus.
