* Organize and schedule sales team meetings prepare regular sales performance reports and assist in monitoring action plans.
* Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Operate the CRM system to accurately record and update customer data and document all interactions and track sales opportunities.
* Customer File Management: Create organize and maintain all customer-related documentation (contracts orders correspondence etc.) for easy access.
* Public Relations & Communication respond to basic inquiries and contribute to building a positive company image.
* Administrative Support: Process sales requests and coordinate logistical procedures with internal departments to ensure smooth order execution.


Requirements

* Relevant bachelors degree (e.g. Business Administration Sales Public Relations or a related field).
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint).
* Ability to using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software after getting the essential training.
* Excellent organizational administrative and strong diplomatic communication skills.
* High level of accuracy and keen attention to detail.
