- Manage the entire recruitment process from creating job ads and sourcing candidates to interviewing selection and onboarding new employees.
- Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits packages including payroll salary structures and employee motivation systems.
- Address employee concerns manage grievances and conflicts and foster a positive inclusive and productive work environment.
- Oversee performance appraisal systems provide guidance to managers on coaching and develop professional development plans.
- Ensure all HR practices policies and operations comply with Egyptian labor laws and other relevant regulations.
- Identify training needs and develop and implement programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Maintain accurate employee records manage personnel files and ensure the proper administration of benefits like medical insurance and vacation leave
Requirements
* Qualification/Degree: Business Administration or a related field
* Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in an HR Generalist role Senior or Supervisor level experience is acceptable.
* Maximum Age: 35-37 years.
* Language Skills: English level ranging from Good to Very Good.
* Industry Background: Experience in the translation industry is preferred but not mandatory.
