We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accountant. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a range of accounting tasks to support our company s financial operations ensuring compliance with local regulations and organizational policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial statements.
Process invoices payments and reconciliation.
Assist in the preparation and analysis of budgets.
Ensure timely preparation and submission of tax filings in compliance with local laws.
Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
Monitor and report on expenses to ensure efficient use of resources.
Suggest and implement enhancements to accounting procedures and systems.

Requirements

Education:
Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance or a related field.

Experience:
1-3 years of accounting experience in a similar role.

Technical Skills:
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks SAP Tally or Zoho Books).
Advanced Excel skills (e.g. pivot tables VLOOKUP formulas).
Solid understanding of financial reporting standards and principles.

Soft Skills:
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication skills for working with cross-functional teams.

Additional Requirements:
Knowledge of local tax laws and regulations.
Professional certifications (e.g. CPA CMA or ACCA) are a plus.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
