ملخص الوظيفة
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Accountant to join our finance team in Madinah Saudi Arabia. As the Chief Accountant you will play a crucial role in overseeing our organizations financial operations ensuring compliance with local regulations and driving financial excellence.
- Lead and manage the daily operations of the accounting department including supervision of staff accountants and financial analysts
- Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements reports and forecasts
- Ensure compliance with Saudi Arabian financial regulations IFRS and company policies
- Develop and implement robust internal financial controls and procedures
- Coordinate with external auditors and manage the annual audit process
- Prepare and monitor budgets conduct financial forecasting and provide strategic financial insights to senior management
- Oversee accounts payable accounts receivable and payroll processes
- Implement and maintain accounting systems and software to improve efficiency and accuracy
- Provide financial guidance and support to other departments within the organization
- Stay updated on changes in financial regulations and accounting standards ensuring the organizations practices remain compliant
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field; Masters degree preferred
- Professional accounting certification (e.g. CPA ACCA) required
- Minimum of 810 years of progressive experience in accounting with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
- Indepth knowledge of Saudi Arabian financial regulations IFRS and US GAAP
- Strong proficiency in financial reporting budgeting forecasting and audit processes
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with a keen eye for detail
- Proven leadership abilities and experience managing a team of accounting professionals
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management
- Fluency in English and Arabic both written and spoken
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fastpaced environment
- Demonstrated integrity ethical standards and confidentiality in handling sensitive financial information
