Leadership Opportunity: Group Chief Business Development Officer
Location: Egypt

Arabic Speaking Mandatory
Im currently working on an exclusive Chief Business Development Officer (CBDO) mandate with one of the two largest healthcare providers in Egypt a market-dominant player with an impressive footprint across the country.
As part of their strategic expansion plan into Saudi Arabia they are in the process of acquiring their license in KSA and are looking to bring on board a Group CBDO to lead this exciting next chapter.
About the Role:
- C-suite position reporting directly to the CEO and Board
- Responsible for driving regional expansion strategy with a primary focus on the Saudi market
- Lead a small team of 3 - 5 Business Development Managers/Directors
- Serve as the commercial spearhead for cross-border healthcare partnerships acquisitions and licensing initiatives
- Frequent travel to KSA so prior experience in the Saudi market is highly preferred
Who Were Looking For:
- A seasoned Business Development leader with a proven track record in healthcare or related sectors
- Fluent in Arabic (Mandatory)
- Strong understanding of KSAs business environment healthcare licensing and commercial networks
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate boardroom vision into executable growth roadmaps
- Excellent stakeholder management and market-entry experience
