ملخص الوظيفة
Follow company safety policies PPE requirements and permit-to-work procedures.
Ensure all work complies with Qatar Civil Defense and relevant building codes.
Record completed tasks in maintenance logs or CMMS systems.
Report material shortages unsafe conditions and equipment malfunctions to the Supervisor.
Support emergency response or after-hours maintenance activities when required.
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience:
Technical Diploma / ITI Certificate in Civil or Plumbing Trade.
Minimum 35 years of experience in building facility or industrial maintenance.
Strong knowledge of plumbing systems piping materials and civil repair techniques.
Ability to read basic drawings and follow work instructions.
Familiarity with tools testing instruments and safety procedures.
Previous experience in Qatar or GCC projects preferred.
