Individual is well versed with Saudi / Riyadh market and its micro market understanding.
Analyze key performance metrics such as room revenue occupancy rates average daily rate (ADR) and revenue per available room (RevPAR).
Assist in developing and implementing pricing strategies to ensure competitive market positioning.
Prepare accurate forecasts and financial projections based on historical data and market demand trends.
Monitor competitor performance and market shifts adjusting strategies as necessary.
Generate regular reports and provide data-driven recommendations to the management team.
Manage room inventory and distribution across various booking channels to maximize room revenue.
Implement yield management strategies to optimize profitability during peak and off-peak periods.

Qualifications :

Bachelors degree in Business Hospitality Management or a related field (or equivalent experience).
1-3 years of experience in hotel revenue management or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
Strong understanding of revenue management principles data analysis and forecasting.
Proficiency in MS Excel and revenue management systems (e.g. Opera RMS or similar).
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with the ability to interpret complex data.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with cross-functional teams.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
