Job Summary:
The Male Cleaner is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of the car park and associated facilities to the highest standard. This includes cleaning of lifts glass panels stairwells collection booths and other public areas while ensuring all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilities:
Sweep damp mop and wipe down all lifts regularly.
Clean and wipe all glass doors windows and panels.
Mop and sanitize all car park stairwells.
Ensure car park cages are clean and secure (inside and outside).
Clean and maintain all car park signage ensuring they are in good condition.
Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel.
Clean parking areas collection booths toilets elevators and public stairs using disinfectants and air fresheners.
Collect transport and dispose of garbage inside and outside the premises.
Wash garbage containers weekly or as required.
Collect large and visible waste items such as bottles cans and other debris.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of cleaning tools and materials.
Requirements
Requirements:
Education: Basic education (High school level preferred).
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in cleaning housekeeping or facility maintenance.
Skills:
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals equipment and safety procedures.
Physical stamina to perform manual cleaning tasks.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently or in a team.
Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high hygiene standards.
Personal Attributes:

Positive attitude and professional behavior.
Respectful and cooperative in a multicultural environment.
