We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Coordinator to support our HR operations and candidate management processes. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills basic knowledge of HR and labour laws and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
•Possess basic knowledge of HR and labor law practices.
•Learn and understand MSI’s internal structure processes and procedures.
•Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.
•Complete assigned tasks within 1–2 days ensuring timely delivery of work.
•Coordinate between candidates and the PRO for legalization and documentation requirements.
•Follow up on required documents to ensure timely submission and compliance.
•Check in with staff regularly to gather feedback on their well-being and any suggestions for improvement.
•Provide excellent customer service to candidates and internal stakeholders.
•Utilize MS Excel for data entry tracking and reporting tasks.
Qualifications & Skills:
•Good communication skills (verbal and written).
•Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
•Proficiency in MS Excel.
•Customer service experience is an advantage.
•Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
