- Implement the Performance Review for the team
- Identify and target potential individuals for the training academys programs.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through prospecting cold calling and networking.
- Conduct thorough research on potential students to understand their specific training and development requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with individual learners for repeat business or referrals.
- Negotiate pricing terms and contractual agreements and successfully close sales.
- Collaborate with the Operations teams to ensure that programs meet or exceed students expectations.
- Meet and exceed sales targets revenue goals receivables and performance metrics set by the Team Leader.
Requirements
Strong background in B2B Sales and Business Development.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Promoting and Selling training Certification or Educational programs.
A deep understanding of the training academys programs and their alignment with Student needs Strong knowledge of training and development programs and their impact on individuals and organizations.
Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
Based in Cairo
