Maintenance Management
Plan implement and monitor preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
Lead troubleshooting repairs and reliability improvement initiatives.
Ensure optimal availability and efficiency of all equipment and facilities.
Manage spare parts inventory maintenance budgets and service contracts.
Project & Capital Management
Oversee maintenance-related projects from initiation to completion.
Manage project budgets schedules and risk assessments.
Prepare tender packages evaluate bids and manage vendor relationships.
Coordinate capital investment projects ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
People & Team Leadership
Lead and develop maintenance teams (white-collar and blue-collar).
Assign responsibilities monitor performance and foster a culture of safety and accountability.
Process Safety & Compliance
Ensure all maintenance work adheres to safety quality and environmental standards.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reliability and reduce downtime.
Maintain accurate documentation reports and compliance records.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Mechanical Electrical or Industrial Engineering (or related field).
812 years of maintenance experience with at least 35 years in a managerial capacity.
Proven experience managing maintenance operations projects and multidisciplinary teams.
Strong understanding of safety regulations and compliance standards.
Additional Information :
Skills & Certifications:
Certifications: PMP CAPM CSM PRINCE2 Foundation PMI-ACP (preferred).
Technical Skills: Preventive & Predictive Maintenance Reliability Engineering Project Management Risk Management Budget & Cost Control Contract Management Capital Management.
Soft Skills: Leadership Team Management Problem-Solving Communication Analytical Thinking.
