QUALIFICATIONS:

Masters degree engineering degree or five years of higher education in industrial maintenance mechanical engineering or a similar field
Good command of English
Six to ten years of proven experience in a similar position with proven team management skills
Proficiency in preventive corrective and predictive maintenance techniques
Good knowledge of safety standards and industrial regulations in force in Algeria
Ability to analyze technical data and make strategic decisions quickly
Excellent communication leadership and project management skills
Proficiency in computer tools related to computer-aided maintenance management (CMMS)
Autonomy rigor organizational skills and initiative.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Manage maintenance improvement of production equipment and its adaptation to organizational or technological changes.
Ensure that the production unit and more generally the company has properly functioning equipment well-maintained buildings good security and improved performance.
Manage your team and divide tasks according to need and each persons profile
