- Ensure seamless coordination with Culinary Events and Front Office teams to enhance guest experiences across all touchpoints.
- Maintain hygiene safety and service standards in line with Raffles and Accor policies.
- Elevate beverage service to an art form curating signature mocktails and sensory journeys that express the essence of Raffles hospitality.
- Anticipate guest preferences and ensure intuitive personalized service.
- Foster a culture of storytelling around ingredients preparation and presentation.
- Uphold the brands Emotional Luxury philosophy ensuring every guest experience feels bespoke and heartfelt.
- Lead inspire and train a talented team of bar professionals to deliver exceptional beverage craftsmanship.

- Encourage creativity and ownership within the team while maintaining brand consistency.
- Prepare and manage budgets forecasts and cost controls for the bars operation.
- Analyze performance metrics and implement initiatives to maximize profitability and guest satisfaction.
- Oversee inventory sourcing and supplier relationships
- Develop partnerships with local and regional producers for beverages organic juices herbs teas and coffee.
- Integrate wellness sustainability and local flavors into beverage offerings.

Qualifications :
- Bachelors Degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Minimum 46 years of experience in bar or beverage management within a luxury hotel or resort.
- Strong leadership communication and guest relations skills.
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail and presentation.
- Financial acumen with experience in cost control and revenue management.
- Fluent in English; Arabic and other languages are an asset.
- Experience in pre-opening is highly desirable.
