Manage daily operations of all resort beverage venues ensuring excellence in service presentation and product quality.
Develop and maintain unique luxury beverage menus focused on premium non-alcoholic cocktails wellness elixirs teas coffees and artisanal beverages.
Ensure seamless coordination with Culinary Events and Front Office teams to enhance guest experiences across all touchpoints.
Maintain hygiene safety and service standards in line with Raffles and Accor policies.
Elevate beverage service to an art form curating signature mocktails and sensory journeys that express the essence of Raffles hospitality.
Anticipate guest preferences and ensure intuitive personalized service.
Foster a culture of storytelling around ingredients preparation and presentation.
Uphold the brands Emotional Luxury philosophy ensuring every guest experience feels bespoke and heartfelt.
Lead inspire and train a talented team of bar professionals to deliver exceptional beverage craftsmanship.
Implement training programs in beverages coffee art tea culture and guest engagement.
Encourage creativity and ownership within the team while maintaining brand consistency.
Prepare and manage budgets forecasts and cost controls for the bars operation.
Analyze performance metrics and implement initiatives to maximize profitability and guest satisfaction.
Oversee inventory sourcing and supplier relationships
Develop partnerships with local and regional producers for beverages organic juices herbs teas and coffee.
Integrate wellness sustainability and local flavors into beverage offerings.
Other responsibilities as assigned by the Management

Qualifications :

Bachelors Degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
Minimum 46 years of experience in bar or beverage management within a luxury hotel or resort.
Strong leadership communication and guest relations skills.
Creative mindset with an eye for detail and presentation.
Financial acumen with experience in cost control and revenue management.
Fluent in English; Arabic and other languages are an asset.
Experience in pre-opening is highly desirable.
