Job Summary:
Business to Business Sales Manager is responsible for delivering significant sales growth in the B2B channel. He/she works to leverage professional contacts in hospitality commercial and residential market segments focusing on furniture chains developers owner/operators purchasing firms and end-users to build (and manage) a diverse project pipeline with large volume incremental sales.
Responsibilities:
- Develop manage and grow the B2B client base/sales pipeline. He/she will leverage and build relationships facilitate project-based solutions to close large volume of sales.
- Promote companys products to prospective Business to Business clients through a variety of outreach opportunities to include telephone contacts and arranging site visits.
- Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients; maintaining database (Salesforce CRM Excel etc.) of prospective client information.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects and interior designers.
- Understand client needs and preferences to tailor product recommendations effectively.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and expand the client base.
- Conduct engaging presentations showcasing our product range and capabilities.
- Address client queries and concerns providing detailed and accurate information.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends competitor activities and potential areas for growth.
- Skillfully negotiate terms and conditions to close deals successfully.
- Ensure timely and accurate order processing to meet client expectations.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and promotional materials. Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare regular sales reports detailing achievements challenges and future strategies. Provide feedback to management on market trends and competitor activities.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors/PG degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
- Ability to travel for client meetings and industry events.
- Proven experience in B2B sales preferably within the home decor and furniture industry.
- Strong network and existing relationships with architects and interior designers.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- In-depth knowledge of high-end home decor and furniture products.
- Self-motivated with a proactive and strategic approach to sales.
