Job Summary:
A well-established and top-tier private medical center in Jeddah is currently seeking compassionate and skilled Assistant Nurses to join its dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidates will play a key role in supporting nursing and medical staff in delivering high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist registered nurses in daily patient care such as hygiene feeding mobility and comfort.
- Measure and record vital signs; report any changes in patient condition to nursing staff.
- Support clinical procedures by preparing rooms equipment and patients.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure patient confidentiality.
- Provide emotional and physical support to patients and their families.
- Adhere to hospital policies hygiene standards and safety protocols.
- Assist in transporting patients as required across hospital units.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Nursing Assistance or relevant healthcare training.
- Experience in a hospital or healthcare facility is preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is an advantage.
- Excellent communication organizational and interpersonal skills.
- A caring and team-oriented attitude.
Working Conditions:
- Rotating shifts including nights weekends and holidays.
- Fast-paced environment with direct patient interaction.
