- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on kitchen and laundry equipment.
- Troubleshoot diagnose and repair electrical mechanical and plumbing issues in equipment.
- Maintain and repair refrigerators freezers ice machines ovens stoves dishwashers washing machines and dryers.
- Support refrigeration systems in kitchens cold rooms and storage areas.
- Ensure proper calibration and functioning of thermostats timers and control systems
- Ensure all repairs and maintenance comply with safety standards and manufacturer guidelines.
- Follow hotel safety policies and proper handling of chemicals refrigerants and cleaning agents.
- Keep records of inspections repairs and maintenance schedules.
- Respond promptly to breakdowns and service requests from kitchen and laundry departments.
- Coordinate with other technicians to minimize downtime and disruption of operations.
- Maintain spare parts inventory and request replenishment when required.
- Assist in energy and water-saving initiatives related to equipment
Qualifications :
- Strong knowledge of kitchen and laundry equipment troubleshooting and repair.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals wiring diagrams and schematics.
- Basic knowledge of electrical plumbing and refrigeration systems.
- Problem-solving attention to detail and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle emergencies.
