Job Title: Agentic AI Architect
Location: Riyadh
About the Role
Synechron is seeking a talented Agentic AI Architect to lead the design development and deployment of advanced agentic AI this pivotal role you will leverage cutting-edge frameworks such as LangChain CrewAI LangGraph or LlamaIndex integrating intelligent messaging event-driven orchestration and multi-agent collaboration. Your expertise will enable the creation of scalable cloud-native AI platforms that empower autonomous reasoning multi-step planning and intelligent system integrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement agentic AI solutions leveraging frameworks like LangChain CrewAI LangGraph or LlamaIndex.
- Integrate Camel AI for intelligent message routing event-driven orchestration and sophisticated agent communication.
- Design modular cloud-native architectures utilizing microservices principles preferably on AWS or Azure employing Docker and Kubernetes.
- Enable multi-agent cooperation through protocols such as MCP (Model Context Protocol) and A2A (Agent-to-Agent).
- Lead backend orchestration efforts using Python or Java (Camel DSL).
- Collaborate with frontend teams to ensure seamless integration via REST and gRPC APIs.
- Optimize system performance scalability and maintainability for enterprise-grade deployments.
- Mentor engineering teams establish best practices for agentic workflows and foster innovation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Deep expertise in agentic AI principles: autonomous reasoning memory management tool utilization and multi-step reasoning.
- Proven experience with Camel AI or Apache Camel for routing mediation and integration.
- Strong proficiency with LLM orchestration tools including LangChain AutoGen MetaGPT etc.
- Solid understanding of event-driven architecture containerization and deployment platforms like ECS/EKS.
- Experience designing secure APIs implementing RBAC OAuth and managing identity securely.
- Familiarity with frontend-backend integration within SaaS environments especially with frameworks like React or .
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques and multimodal AI systems.
- Knowledge of plugin/tool execution pipelines (e.g. ReAct pattern).
- Understanding of vector stores episodic memory and context-aware agent designs.
- Prior experience working on enterprise AI platforms or intelligent task management systems.
