ملخص الوظيفة
1. Defines and implements a data governance program that outlines the guiding principles for how the organization acquires transforms accesses and uses data allowing for traceability from business goals down to services and key performance indicators for measuring the results of data services.
2. Defines and implements a data governance framework that establishes roles and responsibilities for data governance and decision making to meet the organizations data objectives and goals.
3. Defines data quality measurement and improvement practices. Should have experience in implementing the practices
4. Defines metadata management policies and has experience implementing the practices
5. Defines and implements master data management and setting up the golden dataset
6. Defines and implements data security and data privacy policies
Qualifications :
- You have a . or Bachelors in a quantitative field (Information Systems Computer Science Physics Mathematics etc.) and demonstrated industry experience in data governance (minimum 5 years of industry experience)
- Experience in designing implementing data governance framework (DAMA NDMO NDP etc.)
- Demonstrated experience in creating business glossaries data catalog and data dictionaries
- Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing master data management
- Demonstrated experience in designing implementing data quality framework
- Demonstrated experience in data privacy regulations (GDPR HIPAA CCPA PDPL etc.)
- Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing metadata management
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of data modeling and data management concepts
- Experience working with tools like Alation Atlan Collibra Informatica etc. for data governance quality master data management data security and privacy
- Candidate should be willing to travel to client locations for work
Good to have:
- Certified Data Management Professional (DAMA-CDMP etc.)
- Certified Data Quality Professional (ISO 8000 ISO 9001 DAMA etc.)
- Certified Data Security Professional (ISO 27001 DAMA etc.)
- Certified Data Privacy Professional ( CIPP CIMP CIPT etc.)
