Job Summary: To develop and manage export sales activities by identifying international business opportunities maintaining relationships with global clients and ensuring smooth execution of export operations to achieve company sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell the companys products in international markets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with overseas clients distributors and agents.
- Achieve assigned export sales targets in line with company objectives.
- Identify new export markets customers and opportunities for business growth.
- Conduct international market research and competitor analysis.
- Negotiate contracts pricing and payment terms with overseas clients.
- Coordinate with logistics finance and production teams to ensure timely order execution and shipment.
- Ensure compliance with export documentation regulations and trade laws.
- Prepare regular sales reports forecasts and performance updates.
- Represent the company in international exhibitions trade fairs and business delegations.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration International Trade Marketing or related field.
- Minimum 35 years experience in export sales or international business.
- Experience in industry type: FMCG food processing industrial products preferred.
Certificates Required:
- Certification in International Trade Export Management or similar is a plus.
- Training in Incoterms shipping or customs regulations is an advantage.
Needed Skills:
- Strong knowledge of export sales processes documentation and international trade regulations.
- Excellent communication negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multicultural clients and adapt to international business practices.
- Results-driven and target-oriented mindset.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to travel abroad frequently.
Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel PowerPoint Word) with familiarity with SAP/CRM systems and export documentation software is preferred.
Language Skills: Proficient in English for communication reporting and documentation with Arabic speaking and reading proficiency as a plus.
