Job Responsibilities - Supervise and coordinate all electrical and instrumentation construction installation and maintenance activities - Primary custodian for Permit to Work system for electrical/instrument tasks - Interpret engineering drawings P&IDs loop diagrams and schematics - Plan and allocate daily tasks for electricians and instrument fitters - Ensure work compliance with safety procedures and project specifications - Conduct toolbox talks and pre-task safety briefings - Perform quality checks on installations - Coordinate with other discipline supervisors and client representatives Job Requirements - Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Instrumentation Engineering or equivalent - Certified and experienced in Permit to Work systems as Authorized/Competent Person - 8-10 years experience in construction/maintenance with 3-5 years in supervisory role - Knowledge of electrical systems instrumentation calibration and control systems - Understanding of international standards and safety procedures - Excellent communication leadership and problem-solving skills
