TITLE : Warehouse In charge
REPORTS TO : Senior COO - Bludan
DIRECTLY SUPERVISES : None
JOB SUMMARY : Control and manage goods at the warehouse
Manage all receipts and issues from warehouse
AUTHORITIES : None
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Responsible for receipts and issue of all stocks from the warehouse and ensure that the necessary documentations as required are competed.
- Check and inspect the quantity and quality of the goods received with the Dispatch notes from suppliers as against the respective purchase orders.
- Originate requisitions to procurement section for the stock items that are to be maintained in stock after evaluating the available quantity in stock and the projected sales deliveries.
- Responsible for the housekeeping and upkeep of the stores premises. Ensure that the warehouse is always clean and tidy and the goods in stock are always maintained in accordance with the applicable local health and hygiene rules.
- Control and manage the inventory in stock at the store and report to Senior COO any cases of obsolete/excessive stock on hand.
RESPONSIBILITIES(contd.)
- Conduct random checking of all inbound and outbound vehicles supplying goods to/from the warehouse.
- Manage co-ordinate and time keeping delivery schedules of all inbound and out bound supply of goods to/from the warehouse.
- Undertake any other special tasks that are assigned by the Senior COO.

EXPERIENCE Must have been employed in the contracting industry
REQUIREMENTS for 3 years with specific experience in storekeeping.
EDUCATION AND SPECIAL
TRAINING OR SKILLS : Preferably a Graduate.
