Role Objective:

To manage and control the cost of major real estate and infrastructure projects by providing accurate estimates tracking expenditures analyzing financial performance and delivering executive dashboards that enable data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and validate comprehensive cost estimates for infrastructure and development projects.
Monitor actual costs vs. budget and analyze cost variances with actionable insights.
Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to visualize key financial performance indicators (CPI EAC VAC etc.).
Apply Earned Value Management (EVM) techniques and report performance trends.
Coordinate with finance engineering and procurement teams to ensure data integrity and cost alignment.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelors degree in engineering Project Management (Masters degree preferred).
Minimum of 10 years of experience in infrastructure and construction cost management preferably within a developer or large contractor environment.
Advanced skills in Power BI Excel and cost control software such as Oracle or Candy.
PMP certification is strongly preferred; CCP certification is a plus.
Philippines or Saudi citizens are preferred to apply.
