San3a Tech is looking for a dynamic Marketing & Communications Manager to lead and elevate our marketing efforts across all our brands. This role is ideal for experienced marketing professionals who are ready to take ownership of strategy brand positioning team leadership and high-impact campaigns. Marketing Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns for San3a Tech and its associated brands.
-Oversee digital marketing content marketing email marketing paid media and SEO efforts.
- Collaborate with the other teams to align marketing with organizational goals.
- Analyze campaign performance and generate reports to measure ROI and optimize results.
Brand & Communications Management:
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all channels and platforms.
- Craft compelling messaging for diverse audiences including customers partners investors and the media.

- Manage media relations write press releases and secure media coverage.
- Support in internal communications initiatives to keep teams informed and aligned.
Team Leadership & Collaboration:
- Manage and mentor the existing small marketing and communications team while support building a bigger team.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Manage relationships with external agencies freelancers and vendors as needed.
- Manage media relations write press releases and secure media coverage.
- Support in internal communications initiatives to keep teams informed and aligned.
Team Leadership & Collaboration:

Requirements
- A strategic thinker with 58 years of hands-on marketing and communications experience.
- Confident in leading both high-level strategy and day-to-day execution.
- Experienced in team leadership or ready to step confidently into a leadership role.
- Skilled in brand management storytelling campaign analytics and digital channels.
- Strong communicator with a flair for engaging diverse stakeholders.
