The Capital Sourcing Manager is a strategic procurement leadership role responsible for managing the end-to-end sourcing of capital projects across multiple business units and geographies. This includes local construction works and international equipment and machinery procurement supporting projects ranging from targeted upgrades to major multi-million-dollar programs executed within and beyond Egypt.
The role focuses on developing sourcing strategies managing suppliers ensuring compliance and maximizing value through cost efficiency and synergy creation. Acting as a bridge between Procurement Engineering Project Management and Finance the Capital Sourcing Manager ensures all sourcing activities align with the companys investment strategy and project execution timelines.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Engineering Supply Chain or Business Administration (MBA or advanced procurement certification preferred).
Minimum 8 years of experience in capital project sourcing or strategic procurement within industrial manufacturing or construction sectors.
Proven expertise in managing both local and international sourcing projects.
Strong understanding of procurement governance cost control and supplier management.
Excellent negotiation analytical and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects with varied scope and urgency.
Proficient in English (spoken and written).
