Job Role
Handle customer interactions via calls chats and emails in French.
Resolve product or service-related issues efficiently and professionally.
Follow internal company procedures and performance standards.
Maintain polite clear and professional communication at all times.
Responsibilities
Ensure customer satisfaction and meet service quality KPIs.
Accurately document all customer interactions.
Build strong rapport with customers and offer suitable solutions or recommendations.
Collaborate with your team to achieve shared goals and maintain a positive work environment.
Participate in training and development programs.
Requirements
French Language Level: Minimum B2 or B2
English Language Level: Minimum B1
Education: Graduates only
Location: Must be able to work onsite in Smart Village Giza
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
Strong teamwork and adaptability to dynamic environments.

Salary: Up to 31000 EGP NET/month
