• Design and implement network infrastructure.

• Design and deploy server infrastructure.
  
• Implement storage solutions to meet project requirements.
  
• Ensure data integrity backup and disaster recovery planning.
  

• Design and implement datacenter infrastructure.
  
• Design Intermediate Distribution Frame (IDF) layouts.
  
• Ensure optimal cooling power and physical security for datacenters.
  
• Maintain documentation and compliance with industry standards.
  

• Design and install fire alarm systems.
  
• Ensure compliance with fire safety regulations.
  
• Regular testing and maintenance of fire alarm systems.
  

• Design and implement public address and voice alarm systems.
  
• Integrate with other emergency systems.
  
• Regular testing and maintenance of these systems.
  

• Design and install access control systems.
  
• Ensure secure and efficient access management.
  
• Regular maintenance and updates.
  

• Design and implement BMS for efficient building operations.
  
• Integrate BMS with other building technologies.
  
• Monitor and optimize building performance.
  

• Study the project scope and validate them with current technology trends to achieve maximum cost optimization.
  
• Oversee ELV and ICT project planning execution and delivery.
  
• Coordinate with construction and engineering teams.
  
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  
• Supervise ICT packages within company projects to ensure successful delivery of the ICT packages from the design stage through to the handover of the project.
  
• Supervise and coordinate with different contractors suppliers and implementer as per the requirements of company.
  
• Prepare RFP and participate in the tendering process of IT packages for companys projects.
  
• Manage the implementation of ICT project tenders within company
  
• Supervise the implementation of IT tenders within company and its projects
  
• Manage the process of handover of IT packages to the operators and sign-off to the implementer.
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in information technology Computer Science Networking or a related
  
• field.
  
• Fresh graduates or with Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in ELV and ICT project management within construction projects.
  
• Proven experience in Networking Building Security Active Network Components AV Telecommunication Server and Storage Solutions Datacenter and IDF Designing Fire Alarm Systems Public Address and Voice Alarm Systems Access Control Systems and Building Management Systems etc.
  
• Strong understanding of industry standards and regulations.
  
• Omani candidate.
  
• Hospitality projects Experience is preferred
  
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
  
• Relevant certifications (e.g. PMP Cisco CompTIA) are a plus.
